As our patients are always our priority, we're always pleased to receive regular messages of thanks and appreciation, which we share with the whole team as apt recognition of their dedication and service.

I would like to say how happy we were with the service provided by your two members of staff today. They were extremely good humoured and very considerate in their behaviour towards my wife's elderly cousin in transporting her to the nursing home. They also showed extreme kindness to her in pulling into a lay-by and allowing her one last view of St Michael's Mount and one large breath of fresh sea air. She was extremely grateful for that.

When the ambulance crew, John and Joel arrived on the ward the palliative nurse was present and provided feedback afterwards to say how accommodating and competent they were. They did their best to ensure this lady was as comfortable as possible for the journey home and our nurses remarked on their caring and compassionate attitude towards our patient and her relatives.

The ride was smooth. I was well taken care of. It was a pleasure to engage in interesting conversation during the ride. The crew supervised a careful handover to LHR staff before heading back to Cornwall.
